Fixed mindset and growth mindset are two different way of operating our mindset. Many a times, we operate under the fixed mindset - I cannot do this, I am not talented, I was born like this - however, an alternative is to operate under the mindset of growth, where you seek every opportunity to learn and grow - your mind is open to growth and possibilities - as you practice more and learn more, you get equiped with prerequisite to succeed.
